Ties will be meant to challenge the person in ropes by compression, stretching, breath restriction and other techniques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Person tying should be proficient in tying a chest harness, have upline management skills and be able to quickly make adjustments based on their partner&#8217;s feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Person in ropes should have experience being in rope suspension and be able to effectively communicate their needs while in challenging positions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants must supply their own rope and hardware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(demo + practice)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Class Time: 90min &#8211; 2hrs<br>Participant Max: 15 pairs + observers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lead by Mr O with ropeybunny, toy or both In this class we will explore adding torturous elements to typical suspension positions.
